Our SMTEC Physical Education is a vital part of the SMTEC education of system in the concept of “SPORTS FOR ALL” throughout their Engineering Degree. It helps in the attainment of the ultimate aim of education, the achievement of holistic development, Games and Sports play a vital role in our SMTEC student’s life. A student should study hard to be successful in competitive examinations. But, he should also play games and sports to enjoy the health and enthusiasm of life.

This is a day of great happiness. Our college KABADDI-TEAM participated in the ANNA UNIVERSITY ZONE-18 for the year 2020-21. They achieved 3rd Place; these guys are true champions in SMTEC. They brought a proud movement to our college with the encouragement, guidance of our Principal Prof.A.George Klington (Planning & Development and Student Affairs), and Physical Director Mr.Gnanamuthuraj.
